Litigation

The Commercial Litigation Department handles a wide range of matters where court proceedings are contemplated or underway, including disputes arising from general commercial agreements, financial services, fraud, Landlord & Tenant (business tenancy), property litigation, employment disputes and some matrimonial work (not involving children). 

It is our intention to settle each and every dispute wherever possible and we seek to open without prejudice negotiations at any time, from the outset and throughout. We have yet to meet a client who agrees to a settlement and complains later that it was not to his liking!
