Our Class or Group Action Work

Class Law has established itself as the premier firm for class or group actions of a financial (not personal injury) nature. We are currently preparing proceedings in upwards of a dozen cases, some at the very cutting edge of legal practice today.

Our goal is to maximise recoveries for clients whilst minimising their exposure to the risks and costs of litigation. Each case is different and our ability to achieve these results will be challenged more greatly in some cases than others. We have developed a range of tools and a fund of know-how, which we employ to achieve our clients' aims. Our web-site is a key feature of the process, including the use of password-protected pages for sensitive information. Accordingly, clients are encouraged to maintain their own computer access to the internet. This has the further benefit of enabling us to email clients in order to report or seek information. We are expecting this field of activity to grow and are aware of the need for further expansion to deliver the appropriate standard of service.
